we went on a convoy of several vehicles as it would be convenient for us to roam around Labuan free and easy. We started our journey from Kota Marudu and it took us 2 hours to reach the city Kota Kinabalu we had a short break and continued to Menumbok the ferry terminal to Labuan.
We took the Kimanis 1 ferry (with vehicles) which I heard was faster and bigger. It departs daily from Menumbok to Labuan at:
8 a.m , 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Labuan to Menumbok at:
10:30 a.m. , 3:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
