Night Market and Street Vendor around Pratunam.

After the Mall closes around Pratunam the street vendor will take over. You can find many interesting hand-made ware and some stuff that you can find at the mall but sometimes cheaper.

Street food around Bangkok

You will never starve while walking around the street of Bangkok. Street foods are everywhere from push cart to peddler.  This aunty dumplings look delicious and there is a crowd of people waiting to get some.

Food cooked on the spot was also plenty.

But my favourite is this shwarma.

and this delicious tom yam.

Fruit is also available practically everywhere, I suspect it must be mango season as mango is everywhere. 

Travelling from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Bangkok City Center by Airport Rail Link (MRT)

Upon reaching Suvarnabhumi Airport and after clearing immigration go to B1 which is in the basement. There is an information counter with this sign.  You can get your train map from here, should you need to get more information you can ask the person manning this counter.

 you can get your token for the train ride from this ticketing machine. Get your small change ready as it only accept coins of 1, 5, 10 Baht and notes of 20, 50 and 100 Baht.

There's two type or train you can take from this station the express non-stop train that is the Red Rail that goes to Makassan Station (which is an interchange station) which cost 70 Bhat.  The other cheaper train is the Blue Rail line which is cheaper it cost 40 Baht from Suvarnabhumi to Ratchapraprop which is in Pratunam area.



 Collect your token from the machine. Use this token to tap at the gantry to enter the train area, remember to keep it safe as you need your token again  to exit the station.
